§ 10-3-268. Use of chemical test to determine alcoholic content of blood; procedure; qualifications and liability of person withdrawing blood; costs; evidence; suspension of license for refusal to submit to test; localities authorized to adopt parallel provisions.

  • Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 18.2-268 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which relates use of a chemical test to determine the alcoholic content of blood, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it were fully set forth herein.
