§ 10-3-328. Department to issue licenses; endorsements authorizing operation of certain vehicles.

Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 46.2-328 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which relates to the issuance of licenses for the operation of certain vehicles, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it were fully set forth herein.
