§ 10-3-841. When overtaking vehicle may pass on right.

Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 46.2-841 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which relates to when an overtaking vehicle may pass on the right, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it were fully set forth herein.
