§ 12-4-25. Records.

When a complaint of discrimination has been filed against a person under this chapter, the respondent shall preserve all records relevant to the charge or action until final disposition of the charge or action. (Code 1963, Sec. 18A-26; Ord. No. 3128, 5/17/86, Sec. 10)
