§ 3-2-2. Director of finance to administer and enforce chapter; duly authorized representatives.

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the director of finance of the city shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Use of the title "director" in this chapter shall mean the director of finance and/or his or her duly authorized representative(s).
