§ 3-2-3. Administrative regulations, etc.

The director of finance is hereby authorized and empowered to make, establish, adopt, promulgate and from time to time change, amend, supplement or rescind such administrative regulations, remedies, practices or procedures as may be necessary or convenient to clarify, interpret, construe or otherwise aid in the administration and/or enforcement of the provisions of this chapter; provided, however, that they shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
