The official names of all streets within the city are hereby declared to be those
names shown on a map entitled "Official Street Naming Map, City of Alexandria, Virginia,"
dated February 24, 1953, as amended, and on file in the office of the director of
planning and community development, which map is hereby made a part of this section
and the map and all notations, references and other data shown thereon is by this
reference made a part hereof to the same extent as if the information set forth on
the map were fully described and incorporated herein. (Code 1963, Sec. 33-43)
