§ 5-2-117. Daily inspections; employment of full-time inspector.

The director of transportation and environmental services may make daily inspection of all work done on any opening, and the director of transportation and environmental services is authorized and empowered to provide a full-time inspector if the work to be performed is of a nature that he deems the inspector necessary to insurer compliance with the provisions of this article.
