In the event sampling indicates a violation of any permit condition, the permittee
shall notify the authority of the violation within 24 hours of first becoming aware
of it, and shall repeat the sampling and analysis and submit the results of the repeat
analysis to the authority within 30 days of first becoming aware of the violation;
provided, that the permittee shall not be required to resample if the authority or
the permittee performs sampling at the facility covered by the permit at a frequency
of at least once per month, or the authority or the permittee performs sampling at
the facility between the time when the permittee performs its initial sampling and
the time when the permittee receives the results of this sampling. (Ord. No. 4501,
