§ 5-6-176. Information requests to users; generally.

The engineer may request that a user submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater. The user shall provide this information within 60 days of the request. The engineer is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update all information which has been provided in accordance with this section. (Ord.
