No. 4837, § 1, adopted Oct. 19, 2013, repealed the former §§ 11-4.2-3—11-4.2-10 and § 11-4.2013 of Ch. 4.2 and renumbered §§ 11-4.2-11 and 11-4.2-12 as §§ 11-4.2-3 and 11-4.2-4 as set out herein. The historical notation has been retained with the amended provisions for reference purposes. The repealed sections pertained to massage regulations and derived from Ord. No. 4516, § 1, adopted Jan. 12, 2008. |
