§ 12-4-20. Answers to complaints.

  • Each respondent may file with the human rights director an answer at any time prior to the seventh calendar day before the date of a hearing held pursuant to section 12-4-21, provided it be under oath, in writing and accompanied by an affidavit. Answers may also be reasonably and fairly amended any time prior to the deadline for filing answers, if under oath, in writing, accompanied by an affidavit and filed with the human rights director.
