§ 12-4-19. Amendments to complaints.

  • Complaints may be reasonably and fairly amended at any time prior to the fourteenth calendar day before the date of a hearing held pursuant to section 12-4-21. Amendments must also be under oath, in writing and accompanied by an affidavit and filed with the human rights director.
